Information point and complaints procedure

If you cannot resolve it together, you can seek advice by email from the Dental Information Point (TIP). The TIP was founded by the professional association of dentists, the KNMT. If this step does not provide a satisfactory solution, you can use the KNMT complaints scheme to which we are affiliated. There are two options, namely mediation and formal complaint handling, resulting in a judgment.
